Gospel Music Channel is the first 24-hour, all music entertainment network devoted to the uplifting, inspiring and diverse music that is Gospel. GMC approached Sudden to redesign and develop the portal that soon became the most popular and valued gospel music destination on the web.

GMC wanted to make a positive impact by spreading the affirmative message of gospel music and extending help to those in need. Sudden took a long look at the Gospel Music industry and marketplace that serves this diverse audience to get a better idea of what works (or not) and where this audience was spending their time online. This analysis helped Sudden develop a strategy for GMC that would position them in a unique space within the Gospel Music community. Sudden then took to the task of designing and developing a site that would leverage the best of Web 2.0 technologies, featuring a full suite of community and video features as well as a robust Content Management System, built in Drupal on a LAMP stack.
