As a matter of fact, no matter what other agencies say, it’s not something that you always find in larger companies either. Our approach can require a bit of a learning curve for new clients who have never experienced it before, but for those who have they can tell you that our ability to manage large scale projects efficiently and transparently is one of the main reasons for their success. We get to know you and your audience – through conversations, market analysis, business analysis and, sometimes user testing, we do everything to understand you, your organization and your audience. We spend the time to get to know you and to let you get to know us. If you work with us, we’ll be spending a lot of time together, so we might as well enjoy it.
We love documentation – no matter what the nature of the project, we go to great lengths to adequately document our findings and present our recommendations in a format that provides distinct action items. We also take great pains in providing status reports, issue tracking and changelogs through the course of a project to ensure that expectations are well managed.
We successfully create, develop and deliver solutions for clients – based on our recommendations, we deliver solutions that meet or exceed the goals and requirements of our clients. We prefer an Agile Development Approach over the Waterfall Approach. If you’re new to this, then we don’t expect you to understand it now, but you will, once you get to know us.
We support and continually reassess our work – we’re not the type of agency who delivers a final product to a client’s doorstep and then with a handshake wishes them good luck in their new venture. We’re in it for the long term and that’s one of the reasons we enjoy such lasting relationships with our clients.
